How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches Blogwhen Remodeling should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to complain and what follows. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can write to us about:

  • How things went when you called or contacted Blogwhen Remodeling
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If a remodeling project hits a snag, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record of what was said.

Please still let us know. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Blogwhen Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@blogwhen.property and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. Afterward, we will tell you what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help.
